After graduating from Rollins College in 2020 with a degree in Business Management, Ryan Tillotson returned to his hometown of Pittsburgh to begin his career in financial services at Hefren-Tillotson, now R.W. Baird, as a Client Assistant.
With deep family roots in the industry and a personal passion for helping others, Ryan brings a strong sense of purpose to his role. He supports both clients and advisors with exceptional service, ensuring every interaction is seamless and every detail is handled with care. Known for his organization, promptness, and people-first approach, Ryan thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping clients reach their goals.
Outside of work, Ryan is actively involved in community service. He serves on the Young Professionals Board at the Woodlands, a nonprofit in Wexford, and helps lead Baird's annual United Way Campaign and Baird Gives Back Week through the firm's Associate Resource Groups. He lives on Pittsburgh's North Side with his dog, Sugar, and enjoys traveling, attending live shows, exploring the city, and spending time outdoors.
